INTENSIVE ADVERTISING INCREASES SALES

The Directors of “Coca-Cola” Company were able to table pleasing returns at a recent meeting, says the “Daily Mail” of recent date.

Despite the depression which is said to have affected the beverage industry to the extent of a 15 per cent, decline, Coca-Cola lias definitely increased its sales and profits. Coca-Cola sales, measured in gallons, were increased by 3 per cent.; its sales, measured m dollars, increased by 5.1 per cent. ; and its not income available for dividends by 5.9 per cent, over 1929.
