Inquiries into the Temora murder disclose that tlic police obtained possession of letters which indicate that Mrs Billings had written to Middlebrook every week since 1927, making heavy demands on him for money. A post-mortem examination reveals that the husbaikl was twice shot through the head and his wife through the chest and heart.
