DEDUCTION IN. RATES OF PAY (By Telegraph—Presß Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. Advice has been received by Auckland local bodies of a reduction in the rates of pay under unemployment scheme No. 5 to 12s 6d for married men, and 9s for single men, or Is 6j?d and Is ljd hourly respectively. The new rates are operative from Ist April.
