Harry Darby, described as an Australian visitor who had just arrived at Madras by aeroplane from England, had a dispute with a rickshaw man over the fare. He pulled a revolver from his pocket to frighten the man. The weapon exploded and the rickshaw man fell dead. LONDON, 27tli March. Darby is not known in civil aviation circles in London. No airworthiness certificate has been issued in that name recently. DARBY ARRESTED DELHI, 29th March. Darby was arrested at Madras for shooting a rickshaw man in Calcutta.
