CHARLIE CHAPLIN DECORATED
(United Press Association—Bv Electric Teleeraph- Copy right) PARIS. 27th March. Charlie Chaplin, the famous film comedian, was decorated with the ins’gnia of a Chevalier of the Legion of Honour at the Qua-i D’Orsav. The Foreign Secretary, M. Bcrthelot, pinned the cross on to his coat, and gave Mr Chaplin the traditional accolade.
