A BARBER’S SUICIDE

(By Telegraph—Press Association) CARTERTON, This Day. Ronald Jack Gayfier (41), a hairdresser and tobacconist, hanged himself in his shaving saloon. He appeared at work as usual and at 8.15 was conversing with a friend. Ho then shut and locked the shop and hanged himself with a strop. An hour late anxiety arose and the police burst into the premises and found the body. A doctor was sent for and artificial respiration was tried without avail. No reason is known as vet for the act.
