FLOODS IN FIJI
SEVEN KNOWN DEATHS (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) SUVA, 23rd February. The Government lias organised relief work for the Rcwa flooded districts. There have been seven known deaths and there may be more. Heavy loss of dairy cattle is reported. In Nausori sugar mill the llcod waters were six feet in depth. The water is said to be slowly receding. The flood was the worst for at least four vears.
