FROM HEAT TO COLD (United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 23rd February, 11.20 a.m.) SYDNEY. This Day. After Friday’s high temperature of 104 degrees yesterday showed a marked drop, the minimum of 61.9 being the lowest recorded in February readings since 1863.
