HEAVIEST ON RECORD
RAINFALL AT GREYMOUTH (By Telegraph—Preps Association) GREYMOUTH, This Day. Greymouth yesterday experienced the heaviest daily rainfall on record, 12J inches. Some inconvenience was caused through water flowing from drains into residences in Marsden road area. The previous daily record during the last 50 years was CJ inches on 10th April, 1910. To-day is sunny.
