YEAR’S DROUGHT BROKEN (By Telegraph—Press Association) BLENHEIM, This Day. The drought which has held Marlborough in its grip for nearly a year, was broken last nignt, good rain falling over the province. It is hoped the downpoui will continue, hut. the weather is snowing signs of clearing.
