LINDRUM’S BILLIARDS
THEIR MAJESTIES INTERESTED SPECTATORS EXHIBITION PLAY (United Preßs Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) , LONDON,' 19th February. A command to attend at Buckingham Palace interrupted Lindrum’s match at Wolverhampton. This afternoon Their Majesties were interested spectators while Lindrum played a run of cannons and gave an exhibition of top of the table play, losing hazards, and trick shots. Their Majesties were particularly amused at a masse shot, and asked many questions about the different Strokes The King presented Lindrum with a pair of gold enamelled cuff links. LONDON, 19th February. At billiards McConachy has made 8211 including breaks of 664; Lindrum is 3568 including a break of 348. The audience gave an ovation to Lindrum on liis resuming at Wolverhampton. Replying to McConachy’s congratulations lie said ho regarded his reception at the Palace an honour for billiards as well as himself.
