FISHERIES DISPUTE
JAPAN AND RUSSIA (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) (Received 19th February, 10.45 a.m.) TOKIO, 18th February. The Japan-Soviet fisheries dispute is rapidly approaching a crisis. Vladivostok has notified companies that the time lias expired for licenses and that no further applications will he entertained. The Tokio Government sent a strong protest to Moscow requesting the Soviet to consider the dispute in the light that their action is considered a breach of treaty.
