EXCOMMUNICATION INCIDENT
VICAR’S RESIGNATION (United Press Association— By Electric Telegraph—Copyright) LONDON, 3rd November. The Bishop of Durham states that the lamentable excommunication incident of 19th October has definitely ended by the resignation of the vicar, and that the churchmen concerned are entirely exonerated.
