NELSON AND TAHUNA
The weekly session of the Hope cf Tahuna Temple was held in the Town Hall, Tahuna, presided over by Bro. G Jackman, C.T. . Bro. Luck (organiser of a boys brigade in England some years ago) gave a short and interesting address. Tins was followed by an address by Mr Lane, leader of a boy scouts' troop in Nelson. Next week's item was announced as a bird word puzzle. A competition concluded the evening, Bros. T. Vass and P. McConchie being awarded prizes by the superintendent. The weekly session of the Hope of JN elson temple was presided over by chief templar Sis. Joan Mitchell. It was decided to postpone the essay competition on Mr Mabin's address until next session The remainder of the evening was pleasantly spent with parlour games.
