MOB ATTACKS POLICE

DELHI, 14th June
Ten were killed and many injured in a clash between police and villagers at Kherui, near Khargpur, in Bengal. The police, who were attempting to arrest agitators, were attacked by a mob com [trising thousands and were compelled to lire in self-pry*ai:tion.
