Birthday Handicap, of 350 sovs; one mile and a half—s Bed Sea (L. Ellis), 3.4, 1 ; 2 Waterline, 8.12, 2; 7 Camisadcr. 7.9, 3. All started. Won by threequarters of a length. Time, 2.37 4-5. Otago Steeplechase Handicap, of 450 sovs; three miles and a quarter.—l Top Gear, 10.3,' (W. Cooper), 1; 7 Nightraid, 9.1, 2; 5 Double Soult, 9.0, 3. All started. Won by two lengths. Time, 7.18 2-5.
Tradesmen’s Handicap, of 250 sovs; six furlongs.—l Inevitable, 8.1 (B. 11. Jirodie), 1; 2 Great Star, 9.6, 2; 5 Lucky Light, 8.0, 3. Scratched: Gay Sonnet, Smithereens. Won by two lengths. Time, 1.14 4-5. June Hurdles Handicap, -of 200 sovs; one. mile and a. half—l Amorist, 9.8 (J. Salt), 1; 2 Craigmore, 9.8, 2; 5 Antrim Boy, 10.4, 3. Scratched: Troilus, Zeuxis, Whiffor. Won by four lengths. Time, 2.45 3-5. St. Clair Handicap, of 175 sovs; six furlongs.— 8 Semper Pavalus, 8.1 (J. Barry), 1 ; 1 Palermo, 9.3, 2j 9 Meitui, F.lO, 3.
