A message from Townsville states that the removal of the Italian coat-of-arms from outside the vice-consulate at Innisfail for the second time is accepted by the Italians in '.Northern Queensland as a gross insult. Intense excitement exists at Innisfail where it is considered that complications may develop as a consequence of the outrage. The Italian Consul has lodged a protest with the Federal and State authorities, and has transmitted a cabled report of the affair to Signor Mussolini.
