RUGBY, 27th May. Sir John Simon, chairman of the Royal Commission on Indian Affairs; which signed a unanimous report yesterday, has intimated his intention of returning to his practice at the Bar almost immediately. Sir John Simon is one of the most successful counsel. in the history of the British Bar, and his practice is said to have produced somethmg like £50,000 a year. He sacrificed this over two years ago to devote h,is whole time to the work of the Indian Commission.
