LONDON ARRANGEMENTS (United Press Association—By Eiectrio Telegraph—Copyrigut) LONDON, Bth April. Anzac Day arrangements for 25th April indicate a more elaborate ceremonial, specially commemorating Gallipoli. A joint Australian and New Zealand service at St. Cleftient Danes in the morning will be followed by a ceremony at the Cenotaph, Sir Granville Ryrie and Mr Wilford laying wreaths on the east side on behalf of the Australian and New Zealand forces, while other floral tributes will be placed simultaneously on other sides by representatives of the French and British armies, the Twentyninth Division and ex-servicemen throughout the Empire, also the Royal Navy and Royal Naval Division. Hymns and other appropriate music will bo played on the Wellington memorial carillon in Hyde Park in the afternoon.
