The Economic Conference of the Empire has been definitely set for September. The Canadian 'Budget to be brought down shortly will be drafted accordingly. It is not unlikely that a plan will be launched for action against the increases of the United States tariff on Canadian products, by offering a special trade inducement to other countries of the Empire.
