INFORMATION FOR NELSON FRUITGROWERS
Last year (lie Hon. 11. Ati e, -Minister in Charge of the Sciaiilific and Indus! rial Research Department, arranged for the Meteorological Department, which is under his control, to send out special warnings regarding tin; weather for the in formation of fruitgrowers in (lie Nelson district. This service was very much appreciated by the fruitgrowers, and all concerned will be interested In know Unit Mr Atmdre lias directed I hat a similar service be arranged this year.
Telegrams' will be sent to the postmasters at Stoke. Richmond, Brightwater, Redwood's Valley, Mapua, 'fasma n. Upper Moutcre, Lower Monterc, Riwaka, and in addition the warnings will be broadcast by wireless.
