KNOCKED DOWN BY TRAMCAR
DEATH FROM INJURIES

AUCKLAND, This Day. Fatal injuries were received by Thomas Garron, aged 52 years, a married man, when he was knocked down by a tramcar near the. foot of College Hill, Freeman's Bay, at about 6 o'clock last evening. The injured man-was removed to Auckland Hospital where an ' operation was performed, but ( he died at 7.50 o'clock this morning. Mr Gairon was an employee of the Auckland Gas Company, and lived at Point Chevalier. He was the husband of Rebecca Garron (a woman owning a motor car) 1 who was imprisoned for 21 days on Saturday by the Magistrate, Mr Hunt, for shoplifting).
