CHAMPION OF CHAMPIONS On the Mtlitai Club's green to-day the champion of champions competition is being held. All the clubs hut Takaka are represented* Sixteen heads are being played, and competitors with two losses drop out. The following were the results of the morning rounds: SENIOR (Ist Round) Kingsland (Wakefield) beat Persico (Maitai), 13-11. Rtidman (Nelson) beat Kinvig (Richmond), 20-7. Smith (Motueka) it bye. JUNIOR (Ist Round) Hunter (Nelson) beat Shuttleworth (Wakefield), 17-11. Lloyd (Richmond) beat Oliver (Maitai), it;-12. In wood (Motueka) a bye.
