GRIFFIN CASE AGAIN
WITNESS DISAPPEARS

LONDON, 22nd March.
A new mystery has arisen out of the disappearance of Griffin, an Irish postman. This is the disappearance of James Fitzgerald, the principal witness against the ten accused. He went off, on 14th March in a motor car with two men who called it his lodgings and has not been seen si ice.

It is now re\ealed that Fitzgerald was denied work owing to his connection with the Griffin case. He secured employment in a neighbouring county, but his whereabouts are not disclosed owing to threats.
