GISBORNE, This Day,
The Taranaki oil report states:—Gisborne No. 2 well resumed on 4th March. Cementing work gave a satisfactory test under high pressure. Caving in is very troublesome below 3100 feet, but we have overcome this and cleaned out to 3800 feet. We are now fishing for lost tools.
