STOLEN NAVAL PLANS SUSPECTS ON AORANGI INSTRUCTIONS FROM AUSTRALIA (United Proas AsHociation—By Electria Telegraph—Copyright) (Australian I'resa Asaociatloti.—United Borneo) (Received 30th March, 9.25 a.m.) VICTORIA (8.C.), 29th March. Two men and one woman, third-class passengers by the Aorangi. were placed under technical arrest on the arrival of the steamer here on cabled instructions from Australia. It is reported that they are suspected of having in their possession stolen naval plans. The greatest secrecy marked investigations made by the Royal Canadian Mounted Police and naval officers from" the Esquimalt naval station. The three people were searched, but it was not revealed whether anything was found.
