ANNOUNCEMENT TO BE EXPEDITED
LONDON, 28th March. It was originally intended that Mr Baldwin should outline his election programme on 25th April, but owing to party pressure it is most likely the pronouncement will be expedited and will probably take place on 13th April, immediately following the Budget.
