ALIMONY AWARDED

HAMILTON, 28th March. Mr 'Justice Blair, in a written judgment published to-day, awarded £4 weekly,, alimony to Emily Schaare from her divorced husband, Ot'to Schaare, a farmer now undergoing a six years' sentence for incest. The Judge- remarked that he could hot understand, in view of the crimes, committed by Schaare, how his counsel could prepare an affidavit:asserting that Schaare had given his children all possible care.
