SOLICITOR CHARGED WITH THEFT
(By Telegraph.—Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This -Day. John Black Batchelor, of Christchurch, solicitor, charged with the theft of £986 from Leonard Percival Voice, was remanded until 21st February. Application for bail was refused. Accused was arrested in Melbourne on 7th January.
