''The Times" Riga correspondent reports that lire demolished a building at Vornoiicss during a, children's cinema seance. The operators jumped from windows but, a number of children perished. Many charred Indies were recovered. There were tragic, scenes around, the doorway, at which distracted parents outside fought to enter to rescue the children, blocking the latter's egress. The fire brigade arrived late.
