INJUNCTION AGAINST JOHNSON

SYDNEY,' 29th October. ' Tom Walsh's suit in the Equity Court for an injunction against Jacob Johnson restraining him from interfering in the performance of his duties as secretary of the Seamen's Union of Aust-'Uia resulted in an order to that effect being made to-day. Mr Justice Longinnes declared that Walsh had been properly elected, and directed that he be givei possession of books and documents, nnd warned any members who attempted to thwart the order of the Court that they would be dealt with for contempt of court.

Johnson is at present undergoing imprisonment.
