TRANSFER OF THOUGHT

EXPERIMENTS IN PROGRESS

EXTRAORDINARY RESULTS CLAIMED

United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright Australian Press Association

LONDON, 28th October.

Thousands of enthusiasts in Britain and on the Continent are partaking in remarkable occult experiments in collaboration with the Society of Psychical Research, seeking to transfer thoughts over long distances. A group of five persons meet every week at a Bloomsbury room and constitute a human wireless sending out station. They concentrate with every ounce of will power upon an object, say a book or a flower, and strive to project thought description through the ether, while places such as Edinburgh and Budapest attempt to "tune in" and receive the message. A member of the society says there have already been some reception results which are extraordinary. There is not the slightest doubt that the experiments will show that thought transference is possible over distances never hitherto dreamed of. The wireless seances will continue for several weeks.
