FINANCIER’S DEATH
LOWENSTEIN INQUIRY CLOSED

PARIS, 27th October. A message from Boulogne states that the examining Magistrate announced that the Lowenstein inquiry was closed. Death had been found to be accidental, and a certificate to that effect has been sent to the family.
