The Athletic and Cycling Association opened the season on Saturday with a 28-mile road race and sports meeting. Ilaten off the 16-minute mark, .won the road race with F. Atkinson (sets) second, and It. Halquist (2 min) third. The time was 1 hour 33 minutes. Atkinson, who was capsized into some bushes going out, secured the fastest time.
