William Allen Fiske, and graduated at the United States Natal Academy in 1874. He joined the Naty, and his career there teas one series of successes. He teas at the battle of Manilla, and teas mentioned for eminent and conspicuous conduct by Admiral Dewey. After commanding several ships in the American Naty he became a member of the General Hoard of Naty from 1910 to 1915. He has been “President of the U.S.A. Natal Institute since 1911.
