(Received 26th October, 8.55 a.m.) LONDON, 25th October. The Madras floods continue. The railway lino between Samalkot and Waltair is damaged for 100 miles. Sixteen inches of rain fell in two days. Kail ipassengers and villagers have beeii marooned for nearly a week.
