A message from Asuncion, Paraguay; states that a revolutionary movement has cropped up in the State of Naltegrosso, Brazil, according to a telegram to the Minister of the Interior from the Brazilian frontier. ■ CENSORSHIP ESTABLISHED ' BUENOS AYRES, 11th August. It is believed a censorship has been established in Brazil. No .news despatches were received on Friday from Rio de Janeiro.
