DIVORCE GRANTED
CURATE AS CO-RESPONDENT . (By Telegraph.—Press Association DUNEDIN, 11th August Mr Justice Ostler granted a decree nisi in the Supreme Court in a divorce case, Edward Stephen Gale versus Elfrida Lucia Gale, Ellis Claude W. Hassall, a clergyman, being named as corespondent. The petitioner stated that his wife told Jiim in January that she had conceived an affection for the curate of the church she attended, ana she left home the following day. Hassall told him he was going to take her away from New Zealand. The evidence showed that the respondent and Hassall were served with the petition in Melbourne,
