Justices of the Peace with' vagrancy. The former was also charged with the theft of a suit length. The pair aro strangers to Blenheim, but had lengthy lists, 1 Davis's going back to 1911 and Fraser's to 1922. Davis was sentenced to three months' hard labour and Fraser tc- six weeks. '
