THEATRE FAILURE
.AN AUCKLAND COMPANY (By Telegraph.—Presß Association) AUCKLAND, This Day. The Auckland company. Embassy Thenlres, Ltd., went into voluntary liquidation yesterday., The company was formed three .months ago, and two months ago opened what was formerly the National Theatre in Queen street, with a revuo company from Australia. The original capital was £4500, divided among fifteen shareholders. All will lose heavily. Liabilities of about £9OOO were assumed at the outset. One creditor, said to be a debenture holder, is still, it is said, owed £SOOO. The creditors yesterday decided to take over control and run the cinema pending other arrangements.
