The" ‘‘Daily Chronicle’s” diplomatic correspondent is; informed that the An-glo-French agreement • . provides that cruisers with 6in to Bin guiis be limited in number; secondly, that cruisers more lightly armed shall be unlimited; thirdly, that a limit be placed on the number of’submarines of 600 tons and over, with no limit to lesser craft.
