United Press Association—By Eleotrio Telegraph—Copyright.

• SYDNEY, 10th August. At Parramatta to-night Vince Parker (New Zealand) 10.12, outpointed Douglas Lisson, 12.2, over ten rounds. Parker led throughout, using an excellent straight left and severely punishing his opponent who was down twice in the fifth and '“again in the sixth round. .Thereafter ■ the New Zealander won easily. At. Leichardt, Eddie Butcher, 9.12, outpointed Jack Paul 9.11 (New Zealand). Butcher was down for eight in the third, but the New Zealander failed to follow tip his advantage. He tired after the fifth and the lack of oondition robbed his punches of sting. At the final bell he was very tired Jind slightly behind on points.
