■ LONDON, 9th August. ' The Archbishops of Canterbury and York have sent a letter to Anglican clergy suggesting that prayers for peace should be held in every parish church on 27th August, while the Kellogg Pact is being signed, unless they judge Sunday, 26th August, bettor as a day of special thanksgiving and prayer, as the occasion is a great one in contemporary history of the world. OTTAWA, 9th August. Amessage from Shellbrook, Saskatchestates that) the Premier, Mr King, was shown a Moscow dispatch referring to a rumoured Canadian amendment to the Kellogg Pact. He declared, ther.e was no Canadian amendment so far as he was aware. .■ I .
