Australian Press Association SHANGHAI, Bth August, Pekin reports that an agreement was reached v by Britain and China regarding the Nanking incident and is ready for signature, when Hie terms will be published. The fifth, plenary session of the Kuomintang finally opened at Nanking, following a personal round-up of members in Shanghai. To-dav’s proceedings consisted of the inauguration ceremony, discussion of the date of the State burial of Sun Yat-sen, and the payment of bonuses to officers participating in the . successful antinorthern expedition.
