IMPORTANT RULING (By ToleKranh.-—Press Assocum HAMILTON, This Day.' An important question relating to il.e right of labour unions to iclnim the dismissal of a, non-union worker was decided id the Arbitration Court ,Mr Justice, Frazer presiding) to-day. 'lhe Plumbers’ Union hud demanded the dismissal of a non-unionist, Robert R. Ilollinger, employed by the Hamilton Hardware Company. The Magistrate.
