SUSPENSION OF AWARDS
IN EVENT OF UNREASONABLE ACTS United Press Association—By Electric Telegraph—Copyright (Received 22nd May. 10.30 a.m.) SYDNEY, This Day. In the Commonwealth Arbitration Court, Mr Justice Detheridge, dealing with a new award for the Merchant Service Guild, said that he. intended to put in all future awards a clause that in the event iff an unreasonable, strike or lockout, The award shall be suspended.
