"The Times" Madrid correspondent says a youth in the village of Pasanant, in the province of Tarragon, induced children to come to a field to watch pigeon shooting. He shot seven children dead with a double-barrelled shotgun, and killed eight en route to the village, where he shot ;i woman dead, arid wounded another and slew her with an axe. He. wounded five more and then fled, pursued by police. He lias not yet been raptured.
