Royal assent has been granted to the Financial Agreement Rill to the financial agreement between Ihe States and the Commonwealth. Certain piiases of the agreement, involving changes in the Constitution, cannot bo put into effect until submitted lo a referendum of the. people, which will be taken simultaneously with the Federal General Election.
