(Received lltli April. 9.40 a.m.) WASHINGTON. 10th April Representative Laguardia urged a
durtion in immigration quotas as a means of preventing foreign countries from impressing naturalised American citizens. Mr Porter, chairman of the Mouse For cign Affairs Committee, endorsed the suggestion when Mr Laguardia and Re piesentativc Kelly appeared before Ihe Committee, to urge the enactment, of Mr Kelly's resolution requesting the President to negotiate treaties to prevent im pressmen!.
