WARNING BELLS TAMPERED WITH (United Press Association) CHRISTCHURCH, This Pay. The Railway Department was informed to-day that warning bells have been tampered with at several suburban crossings jso as to stop them from sounding, thus making crossings very dangerous for motorists.
